Sponsorship Application

After submission, HFSA will review your order and let you know its approved, typically within 5 business days. Please keep in mind HFSA does not guarantee that opportunities will be available. Multiple requests for the same item(s) will be determined based upon when the application was received, previous sponsorship of that item, previous and current ASM support. 

After submission, HFSA will review your order and approve the sale, typically within 5 business days. Multiple requests for the same item(s) will be determined based upon when the application was received, previous sponsorship of that item, previous and current ASM support.

Once HFSA notifies the sponsor that the sale has been approved, the sale is considered final and there are no refunds.

Graphic deadline dates are as follows:

• All graphics for production are due by August 28, 2026. Any changes made to production graphics after this date will incur a surcharge of 10% of the original purchase price.
• Any changes after September 8, 2026, will incur a surcharge of 20%.
• HFSA cannot guarantee any changes after September 18, 2026.

By submitting this Application, Company agrees to all rules and regulations contained in the 2026 HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting Guidelines, including cancellation policy.
