Sponsorship Opportunities for HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting

Many opportunities are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early reservations to secure the most impactful placements. - Once you have selected ALL the items you would like, then click on the “Create Application” button to create and complete your Sponsorship Application.
- After submission, HFSA will review your order and approve the sale, typically within 5 business days. Multiple requests for the same item(s) will be determined based upon when the application was received, previous sponsorship of that item, previous and current ASM support.
- Once HFSA notifies the sponsor that the sale has been approved, the sale is considered final and there are no refunds.
- Graphic deadline dates are as follows:
- All graphics for production are due by August 28, 2026. Any changes made to production graphics after this date will incur a surcharge of 10% of the original purchase price.
- Any changes after September 8, 2026, will incur a surcharge of 20%.
- HFSA cannot guarantee any changes after September 18, 2026.

Bathroom Mirror Clings $10,000. Place your brand message in one of the most frequently visited locations at the meeting. Each cling measures 18" x 18" and will be placed above the sinks in restrooms located through the convention center.
Exhibit Hall Floor Clings $2,500 each. 24" x 24" square clings will be placed in the exhibit hall and at the discretion of HFSA.
SOLD Convention Center Luggage Check Sponsorship will include logo on onsite signage, branded luggage claim tickets, mention in printed Schedule-at-a-Glance, in meeting Mobile App and in the Know Before You Go (KBYG) email) sent to all registered attendees in advance of the meeting.

Push Notifications $5,500 each. Push notifications are one of the most effective ways to capture attendee attention during the meeting. These short alerts appear directly on the attendee’s mobile devices, ensuring immediate visibility for your message.
Virtual Bag Insert $3,750 each. Make a strong first impression before attendees even arrive onsite. The virtual conference bag is distributed by email to registered attendees in the days leading to the meeting and includes key meeting materials, sponsor flyers, and corporate member information.
