2026 Exhibitor Application
In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits of HFSA at the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC), October 9-12, 2026, the undersigned hereby makes application for exhibit space which becomes a contract when accepted by HFSA.
Terms and conditions listed in the Exhibitor Prospectus, as well as those conditions under which exhibit space at the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC) is leased to HFSA, are a part of this contract.

If cancellation of exhibit space is made on or before July 31, 2026, a 40% cancellation fee will apply. No refunds whatsoever will be made on cancellations after July 31, 2026. If an applicant has selected an invoice as a payment option and full payment has not been received yet, the applicant will still be responsible for the 40% cancellation fee.
Branding sponsorships are non-refundable after HFSA confirms the purchase.
