Enhance your presence with a custom-branded hotel door bag delivered directly to attendees’ hotel rooms within the HFSA room blocks at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Downtown, Renaissance Downtown.

Your brand will be prominently displayed on one side of a custom die-cut handle bag hung on attendee’s doors, ensuring high visibility when guests return to their rooms.

These bags will also contain promotional inserts from other ASM sponsors providing additional engagement with attendees outside of the convention center.

Inserts must arrive by October 6, 2026. Artwork must be approved by HFSA prior to printing. Hotel fees are included in the sponsorship

Place your brand directly into the hands of attendees throughout the meeting with this high-visibility Hotel Key Card sponsorship. Room keys are used repeatedly over the course of the conference, ensuring continuous brand exposure every time attendees enter their hotel rooms.

Custom full-color artwork on both the front and back of the key cards allows you to feature your corporate brand or product message prominently.

Key cards will be distributed to HFSA attendees staying within the official room blocks at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Downtown, and Renaissance Phoenix Downtown.

Sponsorship includes:

Full-color branding on both sides of hotel key cards
Distribution to attendees in HFSA hotel room blocks
Hotel production and distribution fees included

Artwork must be provided by the sponsor and adhere to hotel-approved templates.

Room keys are used by attendees over four days, providing great visibility for your corporate logo or product. Front and back art (full color) key cards will be issued for the HFSA attendees in room blocks at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Downtown, Renaissance Downtown. Hotel Door Bag Inserts
Extend your reach beyond the convention center by delivering your message directly to attendees staying in HFSA’s official hotel room blocks. Sponsors may include a branded insert placed inside a door-hung bag delivered to attendees’ hotel rooms at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Hyatt Regency Downtown, and Renaissance Phoenix Downtown.

Door drops will be delivered on selected evenings, providing a targeted opportunity to engage attendees while they are in their hotel rooms.

Available placements:

Thursday Night, October 8, 2026: $3,500
Primarily targeted toward Device Meeting registrants and device exhibitors arriving early
Friday Night, October 9, 2026:$6,300
Saturday Night, October 10, 2026: $6,300

Production and shipping of inserts are the responsibility of the sponsor. Shipments must arrive no later than October 6, 2026, to ensure placement. Additional fees may apply for late deliveries.

All artwork must receive prior approval from HFSA.
Hotel handling and distribution fees are included in the sponsorship.
