Daily ASM Conference Email Sponsorship – Each day HFSA sends one email outlining the latest conference news, overview of upcoming sessions, and exciting ASM activities. This email is sent to all ASM registrants.
One email sent per day (1 sponsor per day) – $12,500 each day or two days for $22,500*.
*Discount will be applied on the invoice.
Specify day – choice of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
Banner Ad to appear at the bottom of the email. Ad specifications are:
- Image specifications: 634 pixels wide x 90 pixels high static image PNG format
- Corresponding URL
- Banner ad due by September 18, 2026
