The sponsoring company will receive an exclusive splash page branding when attendees open the mobile app along with additional digital advertising opportunities.

Registration Confirmation Email Sponsorship: $20,000 Exclusive Opportunity

Reach every registered attendee at a key moment in their conference journey. Your banner advertisement will appear within the ASM registration confirmation email, providing early brand visibility as attendees prepare for the meeting.

Wi-Fi Sponsorship: $22,500 Exclusive Opportunity

Access to Wi-Fi is of paramount importance to today’s conference attendees. By sponsoring the ASM Wi-Fi network, your brand becomes synonymous with connectivity and convenience throughout the meeting at the Phoenix Convention Center (PCC).

Each day when attendees log in to the wireless network, they will encounter your custom-branded Wi-Fi splash page, ensuring repeated exposure as participants stay connected during the meeting.

• Sponsor branding on Wi-Fi instruction signage displayed throughout the convention center

Dedicated Industry Eblast: $5,500 Limited Number Available

Deliver your message directly to ASM registrants through a dedicated email sent by HFSA’s vendor. This is an excellent opportunity to promote your Industry Expert Theater, Innovative Industry Event, booth activities, or company initiatives.

Program details:

• A dedicated email will be sent to all registrants, based in the U.S., who opt-in to third-party communications from our vendors and industry partners.
• A limited number of dates are available to purchase.
• The sponsor will work directly with HFSA’s list house vendor to develop and send the Eblast.

Sponsors may submit either:

•  A fully coded HTML email
• Graphics and content for placement within a provided template

Important Reminders:

• All assets are due to vendor 10 business days in advance of the purchased Eblast send date.  Content is subject to HFSA review and approval of content.
• Due to the tight email schedule around ASM, no dates can be rescheduled, and deadline dates cannot be extended.  If a deadline date is missed, then the sponsorship is forfeited.
• Once HFSA confirms the purchase date, no refunds can be made.
• Eblast must include the following text placed prominently and printed in a size large enough to easily read:

Mobile App Rotating Banner: $5,000 Limit 3 – only one banner remaining

Promote your message directly within the ASM 2026 mobile app through rotating banner advertisements viewed by attendees throughout the meeting. Each banner will display for 6 seconds before rotating to the next advertisement. When the page loads, a banner will be randomly selected and then will continue with the rotation sequence. 

Each banner can link to a mobile app detail page or a website.  

A limited number of banner positions are available. Three (3) for sponsors and two (2) reserved for HFSA. Exact specifications will be provided.

Mobile App Push Notification: $5,500 each

Push notifications are one of the most effective ways to capture attendee attention during the meeting.  These short alerts appear directly on the attendee’s mobile devices, ensuring immediate visibility for your message.

There is a maximum of 140 characters for optimal mobile viewing.

There are two opportunities per day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and one PUSH available on Monday.
